All our Shoutcast & Icecast Servers are sold on a monthly basis.


If you wish to be billed monthly after signing up we will give you that option.


If you want to buy your server for 6 months then just add the deal you want 6 times and that will cover you for 6 month.

Yes we offer support around broadcast streaming servers and we can even help install your streaming server on your machine for you.


Our support is available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and we aim to answer your emails within 2 hours. Outside of these times can take longer


Sadly we do NOT offer support for Auto DJ services but we do supply auto DJ.

That's not our area.

Radio Connected are a UK-based company, therefore we do have to enforce online broadcast regulations. 


For online broadcast, two licences are required. One from PPL & one from PRS For Music. We do not force any of our users to purchase these licences and will not suspend any services if we find that they are not licenced. However, if we recieve a complaint from PPL, PRS or a music artist/record label – we will be forced to remove the audio file which has been complained about. This could also lead to termination of the main account. Obviously, you’ll be notified of this before anything is deleted from your account.

If your looking to become a reseller. All you need to do is contact us and our sales team will go though your need's to make sure we can get you the right servers.


A reseller account would give you more room for key points of a shoutcast & icecast server such as Unlimited listners, Bandwidth, Stations & so much more.

We can add more GB to your auto DJ if you need it. 


We charge £1.99 for each 1gb add on 


Is it really unlimited listeners?

Yes! When you first sign up we give you 250 to start of with if we see you are needing more we will just add more listener slots for you free of charge.


For example, if you are broadcasting and your listener count is 230 we will up your listener count so 500 people can listen at once if then it is getting close to 500 listeners at once we will up it again and so on. 


If you know you are hitting more listeners when you first sign up please contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure the correct amount of listener slots to your account.
